As each semester's grades are received they must be sent to:

You will NOT receive your check until we receive your grades from the previous semester. Please remember that once a year, an official school transcript must be sent.

Each year as we receive your fall semester's grades, we will be sending you an application for the following year, with your check. If you cannot provide us with your grades, but would like to receive an application, please contact us at fish3401@bellsouth.net.
